Tips för att komma igång med oljepressning  English below.

Att producera olja med TäbyPressen kostar c.a 20 öre i maskinkostnad per liter

under 3 år.( för kort tid) Sedan är oljepressen betald. Priset på linolja ut till slutkund är c.a 39:-litern.

Kalkyl på ett annat sätt. TäbyPressen Typ 40 a kostar 22 000:-. Köp 5000 kg linfrö tillsammans

med oljepressen, ni köper för 32 000:-. Pressa olja under 14 dagar ni har nu 1250 liter linolja a 30:- =

37 500:- samt 3750 kg linfrökaka värde 9 375:- Tillsammans blir det 46 875:- Vinst första pressningen

14 875:- Pressa nu nästa 5000 Kg och 14 dagar. Vinsten har nu stigit till 36 875:- därför att pressen

betalade ni på första pressningen. Märk att priset för linoljan i kalkyl 30:- är utan dunk, dekal och

moms. Utpriset normalt ut till slutkund är c:a 39:- Dunk kostar bara 3:- dekal 1:-. Övriga kostnader för

att sälja oljan och linfrökakan mm tillkommer.

Kan du producera matolja så är kalkylen cirka densamma som till linolja.

Det bästa tipset för en företagare är att hyra in sig hos en spannmålsfirma eller ett större lantbruk..

Ingen fraktkostnad från en fröleverantör , de kan torka och rensa fröet. Du får frö direkt från silon. Ofta tillgång till truckar lastmaskiner. vågar, analyser  mm.

Försäljningen sker dels genom annonsering, uppsökande verksamhet till affärer,tel samt på mässor.

Var noga med kvalitén, leveranssäkerhet samt att göra den bästa dekalen för informationen samt att välja den bästa förpackningen, kunden köper produkten med ögat.
